Ariel Yosef

Ariel Yosef is an Advocate & Mediator who obtained his LL.B. (Law), B.A (Communications) and LL.M. (Law and Communications) from the College of Management Academic Studies.

Ariel has diverse professional experience in initiating and managing social enterprises and business ventures. Amongst other things, Ariel is a founder of a company that establishes & manages educational projects for high school and university students; founding chairman of the Ethical Code Assimilation Committee at the Haim Striks School of Law in the College of Management Academic Studies; judge at the College of Management Academic Studies Disciplinary Court; founding chair, executive board member and alumni manager of IsraMUN and founder and owner of an Israeli legal database website.

During the years, Ariel fulfilled several positions in the legal sphere: he served as a coach, junior lecturer and lecturer in the field of Public International Law at the College of Management Academic Studies and at Shaarei Mishpat College, in addition to practicing law at Israel’s top law firms specializing in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, investment agreements, and international mediation and arbitration.

During his mandatory military service, Ariel served at Giv’ati Infantry Division (Israeli Defense Force), as a combat soldier, class commander, platoon sergeant, and further along the way as a company sergeant major (final position before discharge).

Asaf Lavi 

Asaf-LaviFounding chair

Asaf currently works as a Hi-Tech and corporate lawyer in one of Israel’s prominent law firms, Specializing in mergers & acquisitions, investment agreements, distribution agreements, licensing agreements, corporate law, franchising, contractual law and more. Asaf Advise entrepreneurs, startup companies, private equity funds, venture capital funds, real estate companies and more.

During the years, Asaf maintained a relationship with the academy and served as Junior Lecturer of Public International Law; Coach, College of Management Team for International Committee of the Red Cross; Coach, College of Management Moot Court Team for 2009-2010 Philip C. Jessup Int’l Law; and a teaching assistant.

Asaf served in the Israeli Air Force (IAF) and has extensive experience as founder and manager of social endeavors and projects.

Asaf earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) in the College of Management Academic Studies.
